Shipping Policy

• Orders Rs. 499 and under, a standard shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applied.
• Orders worth Rs. 500 and above will be eligible for free shipping.
• Shipping amount will not be refunded in case of exchange/ return
• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. After that, it can take anywhere between 7n to 10 days for the product to get delivered to your doorsteps.
• If an order gets cancelled by Alzado, undelivered or is lost in route to your preferred destination, we’ll refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.

Refund/ Exchange/ Return Policy

• If the product you have ordered from us is damaged, defective, or different from what the customer ordered, the customer will have to notify ALzado within 48 hours of the delivery.No concerns will be addressed if the issue is notified after 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund Eligibility

• The refund amount will be credited to your source account, In case of COD, the amount will be refunded to the account of your choice.
• Damaged, defective or wrong products delivered will be eligible for a refund.
• Product is lost in transit
• Shipping charges will be refunded only under certain conditions:
  • The entire order is lost in transit
  • If the entire order is either incorrect or defective. Shipping amount will not be refunded if only a part of your order is incorrect or defective

Replacement Policy

• Applicable if there is a size issue.
• The product needs to be in an unused and in the same condition as received along with the packaging material.
• We will be able to replace only one time per order/per pair, free of cost. We won't be able to provide you second-time replacements.

Return Policy

• The product needs to be in an unused and in the same condition as received along with the packaging material.
• In case the customer isn’t satisfied with the product for whatever reasons, they can initiate the return request. HOwever, the customer will have to bear the shipping and reverse shipping charges.
